Each software passes through various stages of development, such as requirement specification, elaboration of a project, programming,testing etc. These stages differ from one another, among others, by the size of the team, which is usually quite small in the beginning and its size keeps changing in the course of time. It is undoubtedly most convenient for a company to employ only the really needed number of employees.

The Goal:

The objective of the project was cooperation in development of the information system directly at the workplace of our client with the accent put on achievement of given deadlines and required quality.
