Na vývoji informačního systému jsme již od začátku pracovali společně se s firmou Young Brains. Výsledkem této spolupráce bylo vytvoření základní verze informačního systému. Ke splnění požadavků různých zákazníků je nutno systém dále vylepšovat a doplňovat o nové funkce a možnosti. Tyto úpravy jsou často zásadního charakteru a mohou představovat i vývoj víceméně samostatné, avšak spolupracující komplexní aplikace.

Dlouhodobá spolupráce se zadavatelem, při které by společnost Syntactic Sugar samostatně a téměř nezávisle pracovala na požadavcích klientů a vytvářela nové moduly a funkce systému YBIS.
