International trainee

During the expansion of the company new ideas of how to do things differently and better are very important. One of these ideas was employing a worker from abroad.

 We decided to avail of services of AIESEC organization which arranges international traineeships for graduated university students. Requirements were simple – a graduate of IT specialization, knowledge of .NET technology and praxis during university studies was an advantage.

 Carolina Perea, a graduate from the "Universidad Del Norte (North University)" in Barranquilla in Colombia, was chosen. She has been working for our company since the middle of March 2009. She cooperates on Pathevo project which is aimed for US students choosing their future career and searching for the most suitable school and a way of studying. Carolina is working on different parts of this complex project as a developer. Communication ability, interest in her work and openness belong to her indisputable qualities.

Carolina’s coming has had an impact not only on the project she has been working on but also in the communication inside our company. English but possibly also Spanish became daily use. Everyone has thus a chance to improve his own language skills.

Our cooperation should last one year. We wish her a lot of success and we hope she will enjoy her work with us.
